Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Generate leads via cold calling, cold emailing, and social platforms like LinkedIn
- Identify potential clients using platforms like JustDial, IndiaMART, and Google Ads
- Capture inquiries through website forms
- Represent Zenoids at expos, networking events, and industry meetups
- Qualifying Leads
- Assess if the lead is genuinely interested or just exploring
- Understand the client’s budget, need, timeline, and decision-making authority
- Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls or meetings with prospects
- Gather detailed business requirements and pain points
- Document the client’s expectations (e.g., Website, SEO, Software, Branding)
- Solution Designing & Proposal Building
- Craft tailored proposals with defined scope, timeline, features, and pricing
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and clarity
- Quotation & Negotiation
- Share quotes and handle pricing negotiations
- Discuss discounts, deliverables, payment schedules, and project milestones
- Deal Closure
- Finalize the sale and get contracts signed
- Secure advance payments and initiate handover to the delivery team
- Client Onboarding
- Organize kickoff meetings
- Coordinate documentation like NDAs, agreements, and project plans
- Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services (SEO, Social Media, Maintenance)
- Promote value-added services to existing clients
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain consistent follow-ups
- Collect feedback and nurture the relationship for future collaborations
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or digital services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRMs and lead generation tools
- Ability to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Confidence to interact with clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
