Internship in Full Stack Web Development

Zenoids offers a practical and industry-focused Full Stack Web Development Internship for trained and qualified candidates who want to work in a real professional environment.
This internship is not designed for beginners. Instead, it targets candidates who already understand web development fundamentals and now want to gain hands-on experience with live projects, real servers, and production workflows.
What You Will Work On
During the internship, you will work exactly on the same technologies and workflows used by our internal team:
- Live Projects websites & Applications
- CMS-based (WordPress, Shopify) websites
- Custom-coded websites & applications (Like: PHP, Laravel, Nodejs, NextJS, React & etc)
- Real hosting & server environments
- Deployment, maintenance, and updates
- Complete project lifecycle (planning → development → deployment → maintenance)
- Paid tools, professional software & frameworks
- Dedicated office workstation
- Real-time mentorship (guidance, not spoon-feeding)
Learning Approach (How This Internship Works)
- We teach only what we actually use in production
- If you already know something and have better ideas, tools, or workflows, you are encouraged to:
- Suggest improvements
- Propose practical models
- Work with strategy and planning
This internship evolves with market demand. As technologies, client needs, and workflows change, you will work on those same real-world changes with our team.
Expectations & Discipline Policy (Strict)
This is a full-time, professional internship, not a casual learning program.
- You must complete all assigned tasks within the given timeframe
- You must independently research and solve problems
- You may use online resources to support your work
- Our team will provide mentorship, not step-by-step training
- Failure to meet deadlines or expectations will lead to immediate disqualification
- We may terminate the internship without prior notice in case of non-performance
- We do not allow unnecessary or frequent leaves
Stipend, Certification & Career Outcome
Initially, we do not provide a stipend. However, based on performance and contribution, we may start a stipend later. Additionally, high-performing interns may:
- Receive a stipend and get shortlisted for a full-time position at Zenoids
Upon successful completion, we will issue a certificate. Furthermore, you will leave with:
